When you book a free consultation, we collect the details you type into the form:

• your name and, if you add it, your company name
• your phone or WhatsApp number and your email address
• the system you use today (for example Excel or QuickBooks)
• the call time you pick and your time zone
• how you found us, when the link you arrived from tells us (for example an ad campaign)

The site itself does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not set its own cookies.

• to call you at the time you booked and prepare for the consultation
• to send your booking confirmation and follow up about your Odoo project
• to keep a record of your request so our team can pick it up

We don't sell your details. They are handled by the services we use to run the site and our sales process:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM, where your request, booking and our notes are stored
• Resend, which emails our team when a new request or booking comes in
• Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a form is sent by a person and not a bot. It is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Vercel, which hosts this website
• WhatsApp, only if you choose to message us there
